Infrared laser diodes

LED Technologies Bulgaria offers single mode laser diodes with or without photodiode for feedback, with continuous or pulsed operation mode in the wavelength range 785 ... 1550nm and optical output power of 5 - 100mW. Available in housings: SOT-148 (9mm diameter), TO-18 (5.6mm diameter) and TO-46 (5.4 mm diameter).

We also offer multi-mode laser diodes with continuous wave power 0.25-4W in the wavelength range of 0.81 ... 1.58 mcm, in a housing of the type HHL, built-in microcooler, thermistor and photodiode for feedback and outdoor heat removal (C-mount).

Red laser diodes

Laser diodes with or without photodiode for feedback, with continuous or pulsed mode of operation in the wavelength range of 635 ... 670nm, optical output power of 5 to 130 mW. Available in a standard TO-18 housing (5.6mm diameter).

• laser pointers;
• range-finders, rulers, level meters, level measurement;
• barcode readers, DVD + -R / RW drives;
• medical equipment;
• devices for laser shows.
